Our first ever Boiler Up Award goes to Bernard Pollard of the Tennessee Titans. Althought the Titans defense barely put up a fight against the Dallas Cowboys, Pollard finished with 10 tackles, one sack and one assisted tackle.
As I talked about with Shaun Phillips, the Titans only allowed 10 points against the Kansas City Chiefs, but gave up 26 points to a Cowboys team who looked awful against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1.
So far this season Pollard has 14 tackles, one sack and two assisted tackles.
