After a fantastic Week 1 where they only gave up 10 points to the Kansas City Chiefs, the Titans defense looked non-existent against the Dallas Cowboys. Shaun Phillips was part of the non-existent bunch who allowed the Cowboys to rack up 26 points.
Phillips finished with just two tackles and has three total tackles this season.
