Mike Neal – LB – Green Bay Packers
A week ago we were talking about the Green Bay Packers resurgence after defeating the Chicago Bears 38-17. Four days later they took on the Minnesota Vikings – who were without Matt Cassel, Teddy Bridgewater or Adrian Peterson – and easily beat them 42-10. The Packers defense has been stout this season, but their offense was lacking through the first three weeks. Now it seems both sides are clicking and the results have been drastic.
Neal isn’t a stat book stuffer, but he did finish with two tackles, including a hit on the quarterback. He has had a solid season, becoming an integral part of the Packers defense. For the season Neal has 14 tackles and a sack.
