After sitting out a good part of Week 1 versus the Miami Dolphins,Rob Ninkovichmade sure his New England Patriots coaches wouldn’t have a reason to bench him against the Minnesota Vikings. WithoutAdrian Peterson, the Vikings were not a teamed to be feared and the Patriots defense made sure to let them know.

Ninkovich finished the game with one sack, three tackles and two quarterback hits, while the Patriots defense tallied six total sacks and eight total QB hits. The chaos the Patriots’ front line caused on Vikings quarterbackMatt Casselcaused him to throw four interceptions on the day.

For the season Ninkovich has one sack and eight tackles.
