Purdue guard Chris Kramer told TheBoilingPoints.com today that he will be headed to Germany to play basketball this season. Kramer was with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants last year before heading to Puerto Rico to play with Mets de Guaynabo of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional in the playoffs.
