Appleby Named One of Top 11 QB’s
The Boiling Point: Purdue football commit Austin Appleby named to Elite 11.
This past week Purdue 2012 football commitment, Austin Appleby, has been taking part in the Elite 11 quarterback camp in California. The top 24 high school quarterbacks in the country are invited to the camp and at the end they name their “Elite 11”. Today, Appleby found out he is part of that group.
The last Purdue quarterback to make the Elite 11 was Kyle Orton. Two former Purdue targets Chad Kelly(Clemson) and Zeke Pike(Auburn) also made it. Below is the complete list of the Elite 11:
