Report: Purdue Gets Miami In Challenge

The Boiling Point: Purdue will get Miami in next year’s Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
With the games for this fall’s Big Ten/ACC Challenge to be released later this week, Gold and Black Illustrated is reporting Purdue will host Miami. The Purdue Rivals.com site reported the news early Monday evening.
Miami will be under new coach Jim Larranaga, who moved on from George Mason. Ironically, Miami’s former coach Frank Haith ended up at Missouri after Purdue coach Matt Painter stayed in West Lafayette. The Hurricanes went 21-15 last season and lost in the NIT to Alabama. They do bring back most of their roster.
Miami didn’t play in last year’s challenge, while Purdue won at Virginia Tech.
