Hope Adds Another Late Signee

The Boiling Point: Tight end joins Purdue’s football recruiting class for this fall.

Carlos Carvajal No.187

Tight end Carlos Carvajal became the second late signee for Purdue football coach Danny Hope recently. Carvajal is a 6-foot-7, 215-pounder out of Hileah (Fla.) High School.

Carvajal was offered by Purdue early in the recruiting process, but remained unsigned until inking to Purdue. He has already qualified academically. Miami and Indiana were also pursuing Carvajal.
