Purdue Adds Director of Player Personnel

The Boiling Point: Purdue has hired a Director of Player Personnel

Today, the Boilermakers have hired Paul Gonella as Director of Player Personnel. He comes from Memphis and has previously worked at Miami, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

He has the background and expertise in recognizing top-level talent and he will put Purdue on the early list of some of the top prospects from around the country.”"

Memphis had it’s best recruiting class ever in 2011 under his direction. Miami, Tennessee, and North Carolina all had Top 10 nationally ranked classes while he was at those schools.
