The Boiling Point: Sports Illustrated’s Seth Davis voted Purdue senior JaJuan Johnson a first-team All-American.

One of the beauty’s of Twitter is the ease that national sports media can share votes for awards, such as the AP All-America team. Sports Illustrated’s Seth Davis did just that on Thursday saying he voted for Purdue senior big man JaJuan Johnson as a first-team All-American. Joining him on Davis’ team were BYU’s Jimmer Fredette, Duke’s Nolan Smith, Ohio State’s Jared Sullinger and Connecticut’s Kemba Walker.

Purdue’s E’Twaun Moore made this third team, too.

Fredette was his National Player of the Year and Notre Dame’s Mike Brey Coach of the Year.
