The Boiling Point: A 2001 Purdue Rose Bowl ring, from walk-on Brandon Robinson, is up for sale on Ebay.

Ebay currently has a listing for a 2001 Purdue Rose Bowl ring. After looking at the roster and making a guess, we assume it is walk-on Brandon Robinson’s ring. The auction ends at March 9. As of the time of this post, the price was $255 after eight bids, though the reserve had not yet been met.
The listing states:
"Purdue Big Ten Championship and Rose Bowl Ring in one. Drew Bree’s senior year. It is my ring and has Robinson on one side of it. I am selling it because I don’t ever wear it and would be a much better collectors item for someone. The front diamond is missing but Josten’s will replace it for little to no cost. A must have for a Boilermaker fan. This EXTEMELY SCARCE 2001 Purdue “Rose Bowl” 10K Gold Player’s Ring is from the season the Boilermakers won the “Big-10” Championship in 2000 and finished 13th in the Nation! Ring weighs 40-grams and is approximately a size 11.25. (Since this ring is made of gold, it can be resized, either two-sizes up or down, without compromising the integrity of the ring. Changing the size of a ring can also affect the value.)!"
