Does This Quote Offend You?

Many Purdue fans are upset today after a quote from Indiana coach Tom Crean came out last night, where people say he is calling out Purdue’s Patrick Bade and Travis Carroll.

"“We didn’t capitalize when we had the foul trouble on (JaJuan) Johnson, we didn’t capitalize. You’ve got to capitalize on Patrick Bade and Travis Carroll. You’ve just got to do that and we didn’t do that.”"

I, personally, do not think there is anything wrong with what he said. He was simply saying Purdue’s All-American center was on the bench and Indiana didn’t capitalize. Many others disagree, saying he’s taking a shot at Bade and Carroll.

I hate to break it to you, people, but PB and TC are nowhere close to JaJuan Johnson. They’d probably agree with me. You could’ve made the same comment about JJ when he was their age.
