OF NOTE: Wisconsin took the nation by storm this past Saturday when the Badgers knocked off previously unbeaten and No. 1 Ohio State. But Wisconsin is a completely different team away from the Kohl Center. The Badgers are 3-4 on the road this season and have lost four straight in Mackey with just two wins in the past 40 years. Meanwhile, the Boilers are 13-0 at home this year and this is the home stretch for a Purdue team looking to secure its quality seed in the NCAA Tournament.

PREDICTIONS: Purdue 62, Wisconsin 55 (Bridges) – Part of me wants to pick a Purdue loss after I took Illinois on Sunday and the Boilers made me look silly in that second half. But I see this being all Purdue from start to finish. Yeah, seven points isn’t a ton, but I don’t think this outcome will ever be in doubt.

Purdue 61, Wisconsin 54 (Langdon) – Does anyone else agree that Leroy just stole my prediction and Price Is Right’ed it? Anyway, I see a big night coming for Purdue’s seniors. They’ve only got three home games left and need to win every one of them. That isn’t lost on them.

Purdue 70, Wisconsin 65 (Jon) – Lewis Jackson’s the X-factor, as he often is. He has to be a pest defensively to keep Jordan Taylor out of rhythm and on the other end, he needs to make enough plays to force Wisconsin to think about someone other than E’Twaun and JJ. The Badgers are playing good ball right now and I expect them to hang around. Purdue will seize control late, though.

Purdue 75, Wisconsin 70 (Nielsen)– And 1 dunk on Carrot Top by Barlow. Purdue has put up at least 70 points in every game at Mackey this year except for two. I look for that to continue in a game the Boilers will be jacked up for, moving JJ and E’Twaun past Keaton Grant for most wins at Purdue.
