Johnson, Moore Named To Naismith Award Midseason List

The Boiling Point: Both JaJuan Johnson and E’Twaun Moore are on the list of 30 finalists for the Naismith Award, given to college basketball’s Player of the Year.


JaJuan Johnson and E’Twaun Moore were named to the Naismith Award Midseason 30 list today. The award is given annually to college basketball’s top player.

Purdue and Duke are the only schools with more than one player on the list. Other notable names include Jared Sullinger from Ohio State, Jon Leuer from Wisconsin, Jimmer Fredette from BYU and Ben Hansbrough from Notre Dame.
